Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases made through this Dahomey Series instance. Refund eligibility may also depend on the specific event's terms set by the organizer.

1. Participant cancellation

Unless the event organizer states otherwise, the following default windows apply:

More than 30 days before the event

Full refund minus any administrative fee disclosed at checkout

14–30 days before the event

50% refund

Less than 14 days before the event

No refund

2. Ticket transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, unless the organizer restricts transfers for that event.

3. Event cancellation by organizer

If the event is fully canceled:

  • Ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price
  • No compensation is provided for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs

4. Event postponement

If the event is postponed:

  • Tickets remain valid for the new date
  • A refund may be requested within 14 days of the postponement announcement

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14–30 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-refundable items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Processing or service fees, where disclosed as non-refundable at checkout
  • Tickets marked as final sale by the organizer
  • No-shows without prior cancellation within the applicable window

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
